This section explains the Hidshop Ltd policy regarding information that is stored on you.

What information will you hold about me and will it be safe?

Information that we currently collect is as follows; Name, address, e-mail, telephone number, and order details. We DO NOT receive any credit card information that you enter into the secure Paypal system and as such we keep no records of such information. Your details are used purely for order processing and delivery.

Is it safe to give my credit card details over the internet?

Any credit card information sent to Paypal is encrypted (scrambled) via the secure Paypal system while being sent over the Internet. When it reaches Paypal they then encrypt the content so that it can only be read by authorised personnel. This makes it impossible for anyone to intercept your details including Hidshop ltd.

Please also be aware that Hidshop Ltd Ltd does not hold names and addresses for any third party company. Your details will never be passed on and we will not contact you with product information unless you have requested that we do.
