This is a 6 months
warranty on both ballasts and bulbs or a 12 months Warranty
if you have the kit installed by us. Warranty is limited and
for parts only. Return to base warranty
We carry spares
of everything so that in the unlikely event of a problem we
get you back on the road FAST. We offer a deposit scheme so
we send out same day, and refund deposit when we get faulty
product back
All faulty parts
must be returned to Hidshop within 7 days of making a claim,
postage cost for returning item is incurred by the customer
and Hidshop will send out any Replacement parts FREE of charge
to the Customer
All Hid kits are
provide with a warranty Card and any claims are made direct
to us and not the manufacturer
Once the faulty
item has been returned to hid shop it will be inspected to see
if the problem is due to a manufacturing fault and that the
fault has not occurred due to faulty installation.
Once this is established
a replacement will be sent out free of charge by the hid shop,
if how ever the fault has occurred due to faulty installation
then this will be communicated to the buyer via email and no
replacement will be given.
Technical / Legality of HID Conversion
Kits
Please
remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items
purchased are suitable for your vehicle make/model and that
the use of said items complies with all applicable laws in your
Country. Additionally, all technical information provided by
Hidshop Ltd is given in good faith only and can not be taken
as fact. Hidshop Ltd will not be held responsible for any damage
caused to your vehicle from the use of any product purchased.
If in doubt consult a qualified car electrician.
Whilst
we make our best efforts to keep up to date with all of the
latest ‘bugs’ that are installed on cars by the manufacturers,
as new ‘bugs’ are always being introduced it is possible that
the HID Conversion kit will need to be wired through a special
harness (which we can provide at cost for 20 GBP plus pp). This
is not a fault of the kit, but the specifics of the car designed
to prevent the non factory fit HID lights from working. On some
cars with automatic light function, or daytime running lights
or bikes with ‘always on’ lights it will be necessary to either
have this function disable (this may have to be done by the
dealer for a fee) or a separate on/off switch may need to be
installed.
